Sweet achieves a 12% Revenue Increase with TITANPush

The renowned clothing brand, Sweet, has achieved an impressive success story thanks to the implementation of solutions provided by TITANPush.

Sweet is an Argentine clothing production and retail brand with a history dating back to its foundation in 1979. In a study period from March to June 2022, when Sweet did not yet have TITANPush tools, compared to March to June 2023 when they already had the service, we can see that the number of new users increased from 358,439 to 613,950. Of that number, TITANPush directly contributed 62,365 users, accounting for 10.16% of the total. This was mainly influenced by Push Notifications and Linkpage, serving as traffic activators.

Regarding transactions during the same period, from March to June 2022, there were 1,976 transactions, while in the same period the following year, the number increased to 2,947 transactions, indicating a 49.14% increase, with TITANPush influencing 11.37% of that percentage. Finally, concerning revenue growth, TITANPush contributed to 12% of it.

The strategic deployment of tools such as "History," consisting of three variants: carousel, pop-up, and bubble, proved to be particularly effective, contributing to 45.18% of the transactions recorded by TITANPush. The first contributed to 23.55% of transactions, while the second played a crucial role in 18.27% of sales, and the third in 3.36%.

The utility of the "History" tool lies in its ability to present users with items they have previously shown interest in, thus boosting purchase intent. 

The activation of tools such as Exit Pop Ups achieved a conversion rate of 2.90%, contributing to 123 transactions.

Furthermore these tools, Melina Dieguez, Sweet's E-commerce Analyst, mentioned that they also activated "Push Notifications," "Linkpage," "Recommended," and "Most Popular," and that this combination of strategies allowed Sweet to not only increase its sales but also consolidate its position as a market leader. With TITANPush, Sweet was able to manage all these considerations from a single point, allowing them to measure and optimize their performance effectively.

Sweet's collaboration in their strategy by fully leveraging these tools also played a role. To increase sales and promote continuous growth, Sweet reveals that their strategy was to keep the "Linkpage" updated, as it ensures that customers are directed to relevant and engaging content, increasing the likelihood of conversion. Push Notifications have been used to announce news and exclusive discounts, proving to be a powerful tactic for keeping customers engaged and encouraging repeat purchases. Lastly, by keeping the "Most Popular" option activated, Sweet presents a section of trending products, guiding consumers towards tried and tested options.

Sweet's integration with TITANPush has been a resounding success. Through the strategic implementation of various tools, Sweet achieved impressive sales growth and a leadership position in its sector.
